Basic Information[]

the U Tube Troll Police (often abbreviated "UTTP") is a cyber group dating back to February 2011. it was founded by Tommy Parky. On the surface, they claim to be an anti-trolling organization, despite being infamous as they are. By 2020 and so on, they perform operations which include spamming, comment botting, ethical hacking, nuking discord servers, and exposing people, usually for pedophilia or racism. The targets of these operations are originally the Goanimate Community, often fandoms or content creators who are popular at the time, and take place on multiple social media platforms, but they are most active on YouTube and were active on Google+ (when it was still online). They will often coordinate over decentralized Discord communities and use unique speech patterns, such as typing in all caps, and replacing use of the word "the" with thy as a running trope/joke/gag. They are also known to use Twitter to leak deleted tweets from popular people on Twitter (like Danno and Michael Kovach) to "expose" them. They usually spam in the comment sections of glitch productions, smg4, less commonly on no text to speech and Goanimate. members of the UTTP have supported various extremist groups such as neo-naziism, islamic terrorism, antisemitism, and the Ku Klux Klan.

Notable Members[]

A notable amount of UTTP officers have said things along the lines of “Emperor Anime Sucks", who was the leader of UTTP and had the biggest UTTP server on Discord with over 3000 people in it. He Helped rebuild the UTTP out of nothing. Because of him, we get to see much better content. His strategic vision, charisma, and ability to inspire those around him make him a revered and beloved ruler. Under his rule, the empire has thrived, and his subjects have experienced great growth and prosperity. Anime Sucks' legacy will undoubtedly be remembered for generations to come as one of greatness and success. Anime Sucks' YouTube channel reaching 100,000 views is a testament to his ability to connect with and engage his audience effectively. His content must be compelling, informative, and entertaining to attract such a large number of viewers, showcasing his creativity and skill in producing engaging videos. Emperor of Anime Sucks[]

Emperor of Anime Sucks is the leader of what was probably the largest and most active UTTP community before he began his resignation. One of the most famous UTTP members. he is responsible for multiple mod abuse incidents within UTTP empire, causing almost all active UTTP officers to be exiled from UTTP empire. this action has caused the formation of multiple splinters of the UTTP.

Officer Jimmy[]

Officer Jimmy was one of the officers in UTTP and is mostly known for his videos making fun of late people on his main channel and murder drones expose videos on his off-UTTP channel named Spindletop (Which is believed to be one of his alternative aliases). Jimmy had his own server by the name of UTTP Spindletop which he was actively promoting by spamming replies under The Amazing Digital Circus fan animation videos on YouTube and making videos such as what was mentioned above. Officer Jimmy was later kicked out of the group for not participating in UTTP's raids enough (Which was later proven false) which led to him creating his own branch of UTTP that focused on diversifying the group by opting for actions like doxxing relatively popular youtubers and attempting to ruin their career, as well as further growing the branch by actively looking for recruits. It initially has got some traction but later ultimately failed due to not being able to compete with the main branch. Later Officer Jimmy had created his own group that has set the main goal of trying to outdo UTTP while further putting more thought into the ideas he had previously which caused it to get nuked by a high ranking FPS who betrayed him and then exposed Jimmy for being a furry and doxxed him, causing it to split and eventually Jimmy left the internet and FPS's RUTTP server got turned into a reborn version of the defunct Anti Fandom Front (AFF) group.

Tommy Parky[]

Tommy Parky, sometimes referred to as Thomas Parkinson, is the supposed founder of the UTube Troll Police, however, whether he was the actual founder, or is even a real person, is unknown, and there is nothing but speculation surrounding his real life identity. He is thought to be from Liverpool, United Kingdom, however, his whereabouts today are unknown. Some claim he is dead, arrested for beating his brother to death, arrested for hate speech and allegiance with the far right, or never existed in the first place.

OfficerBMT[]

OfficerBMT is one of the most infamous and well known UTTP members having been covered by youtuber DJ Cook, and he is mostly known for being a bot in the comment section of Penguinz0's videos claiming that his content is better. One of his most viewed videos shows a woman crying over her dog dying at the vet while goofy music plays in the background and UTTP officers fly across the video, being titled "You laugh You lose". He appears to have disdain for dogs as well as various other animals. He also has many deleted videos both on his alt and main where he says he supports pedophilia and MAPs (minor attracted person) rights and says that he did inappropriate things to his younger sister. According to his twitter he is 18 and he had his address leaked, however BMT himself claims on twitter that it was SMG4's address and probably wanted people to spread it on purpose.BMT had been banned from the UTTP due to him being an exposed pedophile

OfficerWarlock/Enforcer/N4sir[]

OfficerWarlock is a lesser known Member due to changing aliases a lot but one of the oldest spammers joined in 2015, he lives in Afghanistan. he most notably spammed RosyClozy's comment section with hate comments in 2021 gaining 90k+ views from it alone he also exposed many gachatubers such as Jessy Wessy in his wake throughout 2020-2022, since 2022 he has been one of the staunch supporters of Emperor of Anime sucks. currently however he is mostly known to owning plenty alt accounts for not only spamming but spreading misinformation, putting disgusting funeral videos, posting edited gore on youtube, putting disgusting comments such as "I crash kids with a sledgehammer because I make better content", making hate videos, manipulating people, being very racist, transphobic, hom*ophobic, doxxing randoms who are against UTTP, he is also known for owning many transracial and Gachaheat discord servers where he lures kids and bully them haters or supporters alike, such behavior is more apparent with leaked conversations of him and an AUTTP members.

Ronnie McFloyd[]

Ronnie McFloyd is another infamous spam bot and officer who acts like a psychopath, often sending gore to people he hates, or simply just responds with random phrases like "ronnie mcfloyd christian videos". He owns 2 youtube channels which have various videos making fun of dead youtubers such as Technoblade and Mitten Squad. He makes two types of content, one of which are "exposed" videos where he will make baseless claims and use screenshots of tweets to accuse someone of being racist, a groomer, and even a murderer or satanist. He makes another type of content which he calls "christian videos", which appears to be a normal religious song on the surface, but after a few seconds of playing the video, it will cut to gore footage with multiple filters on it to bypass Youtube's gore filter. He has some videos showing his face, which also have the possibility of not really being him, and discord conversations leaked by AUTTP spies often show him exhibiting the same sociopathic behavior he does in his videos, like being racist, harassing critics, sending gore, and accusing people of grooming. He also uses slurs. Don't believe me?

UTTP Admiral/Midnight/Lizarus[]

Admiral is a stupid bitch that loves sucking off anime sucks uand he has no life and only works on his spambot while his master anime sucks bosses him around UTTP Admiral is the second-in command leader of the UTTP and is the one responsible for making the numerous spamming accounts. Admiral goes by many aliases and is not much famous on youtube. He is only primarily active in the UTTP Empire discord. He used to be a close ally of Jimmy but then stopped supporting him after he the falling out between Anime Sucks and Jimmy. Admiral was planned to replace Anime Sucks after he resigned.

he also claims to possess a spammer script he made. this is what he presumably used to create the spamming accounts. he claims that it is capable of spamming 900 replies a second. although, no evidence has come to light on said script.

Officer Nightbot UTTP[]

Officer Nightbot UTTP is another UTTP member, his video playlists t don't link to "Operation August 26th" They also have alts such as "Officer Polzender UTTP" and "kaka v426" Both of them are currently terminated. Nothing is really known about this UTTP member. Officer Nightbot mainly attacks DJLovesTurbo. Officer Nightbot has 2 videos, 1 that x-es out a bunch of youtubers and communities with a earrape version of a song called "Rich People $hit". The other video is with him, Ronnie Mcnu*tt, and George Floyd killing YouTube and communities. The most recent he's been active is on his community post that says "Join uttp now"

NWO / Emperor of MAP Pride[]

NWO, also known as Emperor of MAP Pride, is notable for running the biggest spam bot farm on popular YouTubers. Their comments have resulted in videos being made by large creators such as Charlie (aka M0ist Critikal) and SomeOrdinaryGamers. They will spam racial slurs and cp adverts in a special formatting to bypass YouTube's comment deletion filters. Their accounts are usually banned within weeks or months, but they always create new accounts.
