Step-by-Step Guide: Setup with Orbi App or Orbi Login
The NETGEAR Orbi App is your setup control centre – it even helps you find the best locations for your Orbi Satellites to optimise coverage. Along with the app, you’ll also need to create a NETGEAR account and QR code. This lets you register products, get support, and join the NETGEAR Community. Then, just let the app know how many Orbi Satellites you have. With a NETGEAR Orbi Mesh Router and multiple Satellites, you can blanket your home with fast, reliable WiFi for everyone – enough for over 200 devices running at once!

Connecting Your Orbi WiFi System
Getting your WiFi system connected to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is easy. Here’s how:
1. Using the Ethernet cable, plug the yellow Internet port on your Orbi Router into the Ethernet port on your modem.
2. Plug your Orbi Router into a power outlet.
3. Wait for it to start up – the ring LED on the router will pulse white, then turn solid white (about a minute or two).
While you wait, strategise! Find good outlet locations for your Orbi Satellites and plug them in.
4. To start the guided setup, connect your phone or tablet to your Orbi’s default WiFi network (the name and password are on the router label).
Head back to the Orbi App to finish the setup.
Your advanced Orbi setup can include personalizing your SSID (WiFi Name), adding additional Orbi Satellites, setting up and creating next level WiFi networks.
Setting Up Your Network Security
A secure network is a happy network! Choose a strong password for your Orbi WiFi network, and create a unique admin password as well. You can also set up security questions to help recover your admin password if needed
