hi everyone!! it's so awesome-sauce to be here!

i'm gabbie (she/her), but some of you may know me as sein (which i am 100% cool with still being called). i've been given the honor of co-leading thriller—aka tctwnw—with inky! this is officially my seventh time as (co)leading and i am super excited to work with your all and have another fun session! i love binge-watching, listening to playlists that match my mood, hanging with my friends and/or younger siblings, playing roblox horror games, and a bunch bunch bunch of other things haha :')

hanging out with friends, cleaning with a playlist on, and doing all my homework last second haha

i haven't had a lot of time to read with my busy schedule, but i'm currently stuck on pride and prejudice by jane austen. as for movies, watched guardians of the galaxy vol. 2 with my younger siblings on saturday.

my favourite word has to be mångata! it's a beautiful swedish word that describes the way the moon's light reflects on the water, creating a shimmering path <3 it's just so peaceful and calming haha, i just love it

i think i would be a light shade of blue; to me, it symbolizes the sky after a particularly hard storm. the sky is something that's stable; no matter what, it's always going to be there and it's not going to change ;}

Lynette Noni is an amazing underrated author, and she ties with Jessica Townsend in terms of favourites. I recently found out that they're both really good friends via one of Lynette's acknowledgements (a really pleasant surprise) and found out they both live in the same state in Australia as me (double surprise) which was pretty cool!

i was sick today so i read two books haha- firstly was Lynette Noni's last book in her series “The Medoran Chronicles” (which I definitely recommend), and then a re-read of Nevermoor by Jessica Townsend (I really recommend this series, although people usually don't like it on the first read. It took me two attempts to get into it and I did not regret trying again)

literally everything! getting to be involved in various SWC shenanigans, making the poetry cabin, getting to know everyone- oh, and my irl friend will be joining us this session as a camper so i'm excited about that!

SO MANY- the book I've reread the most is probably Harry Potter, and that's 17 times reread of the entire series I believe (don't question it I was obsessed)? I also love rereading Dragonkeeper and Nevermoor but those are probably only 4 or 5 times

Salutations and good morning, everyone! My eyes are stinging with the pains of a restless sleep, however my mind is far beyond the way (song reference that barely makes sense, yes-) and aching to start with the session and all the plans in store : D. You may call me any of these names: Blau, Binary, Glitch, Lucid. I'm not gonna name the rest xD since that'll take roughly half a dozen more names xDD (RIP my unsatisfactory self-naming convention-).
This is my first time in a leadership position here at SWC, and I'll be co-leading Script with Luka, Yume, and Maia this session. I've only been a camper once, last session ^^, and I liked it so much I wanted to come back for more. Currently the activity that garners the most amount of time from me aside from my studies is leading and managing Soundwave Productions, which is my sort of- indie game company currently working on our first release. No more spoilers now ;P. I have a dog and four cats, and owned a large variety of pets over the years. I'm an amateur project manager, software developer, writer, artist, and professional machine ;D. Ah, I've always hated this question. My sister gave it to me a long time ago as a persuasive essay topic and I never wrote the paper for it. However, I will humor you xD. Dark purple. Purple is an enigmatic, powerful, and cold color. It is also multi-purpose with several shades of meanings depending on the context. It can be used to signify something, dark, cold, regal, or even at a certain chance, romantic but wistful. The color purple is made of two other colors, blue and red. Blue and red are near opposites, but when combined together, make a beautiful and rare-looking secondary color. …Okay, exposition's over xD.

Hm… Ender's Game. It was easy to understand, first off- unlike LOTR and the other Great Books of the Western World. Second, it was smart, enjoyable, educational, informative, and really fun. … The movie sucks though.

so… the book i've probably read the most is Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix because my mum didn't let me read the next one until like a year later, so i thoroughly devoured that book and reread it and reread it and now the cover's almost falling off.
but, in terms of a book that hit me so hard that i would consume it regularly if i could, that award goes to The Survival Game by Nicky Singer. i smiled, i laughed, i cried, i was in awe of the writing, i adored the plot. and cried some more.

No schoolwork of any kind, just two days to relax at home and do nothing productive! I can read or watch a show or call a friend or do all three.

The last book I read was Little Women, and the last movie I watched was Princess Mononoke. I didn't enjoy Little Women as much as I was hoping to, but I'm still glad I read it. And I highly recommend Princess Mononoke (the soundtrack/story/animation are all so good ahh)

Building the cabin storyline! I have so many ideas and I'm really excited to make them into something real and engaging for the campers

The Sisters Grimm books used to be a huge comfort series for me – I'd return to them all the time whenever I was stressed or sad or just bored. I haven't read them for a few years now but they still hold a very special place in my heart.

July 2022 <33 It was my first time in SWC and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Birdi, Moonlit and Kit were phenomenal leaders and the whole atmosphere of the cabin was amazing! I made so many friends and memories and wrote more than I have any other session.
