Senior Director of Strategic Alliances, Americas Region

As a Director of Strategic Alliances you will have a leadership role in the strategic alliances team that designed and built the partner ecosystem with a focus on Global System Integrators and Industrial Control (ICS) Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with GSI’s and key industry-specific partners.

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management roles within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, particularly with Global Systems Integrators (GSI) and industrial control system (ICS) partners.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial cybersecurity landscape, including key players, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic alliance plans, drive partner enablement initiatives, and deliver measurable business results.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Define, design, and execute the Americas go-to-market strategy, covering GSI’s, and ICS partners
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic alliance strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key Global Systems Integrators (GSI’s) and ICS partners, including Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, NTT, Siemens, Rockwell Automation, and Schneider Electric, to drive joint business opportunities.
  • Lead partner enablement efforts, including training programs, sales collateral development, and joint marketing campaigns, to drive partner engagement and success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance on industry trends, market insights, and solution positioning.
