Lets cook some pork chops today. I picked up two pork chops at the local meat market, I’m so glad I have a great butcher in walking distance from my house. These are 1-inch cut Bone-In Pork Chops, I seasoned them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. They are pan fried on a hot cast iron skillet, but a stainless steel pan or carbon steel pan can be used. I cook them for 3:30 minutes on each side, and tent them for 5minutes in aluminum foil before cutting in to them..
Cooking a lunch or dinner at home is almost as fast and quick as getting in your car and going to grab fast food..
