While customer service is usually at a premium, I often have trouble finding exactly what I’m looking for. Either it will be out of stock, in an obscure location, or simply not carried in the store. When I tried to order flooring tiles in the store, the salesperson had a very difficult time entering my information and we had to move to three different cash register computers to complete the transaction, meanwhile waiting for quite awhile for info to “go through.” To be fair, I’m not sure if it was the person’s fault or if the internal system was just slow. If that’s the case, Home Depot, you need to upgrade your system!For the most part, I love shopping at the Foley Home Depot and would still return again. Salespeople are always friendly & try to be helpful.
