So after receiving my @Xfinity bill this week. I realized I’ve been paying double what I should’ve been paying for my service just for extra data throughout the month. So I added the unlimited data to my plan which also comes with higher speeds. Hopefully it ups my gaming also😅

@GeoRebekah TIP from a tech:Since it looks like they are claiming the connection came from your IP, if you have wifi (and especially if you have Comcast internet service) you need to have your modem/router unplugged till a tech can check it. Most consumer grade tech is very easy (1/4)

@comcastcares please help me again. After working with you,finally had a tech visit who informed me that indeed my internet was out more than 40 times the day before. I had been complaining for months. Bad wiring at the wall plate. Now I get charged $40 for the tech visit?

@Comcast @Xfinity #SUCK. They have screwed up so many times over the years. When I called customer service today, they thanked me for our many years as customers. I reminded them that during many of those years, we didn't have choices, but now we do and we are cancelling. Relief.
