Peace out @Xfinity you’ve been dropped. Loyal customer for 14 years, but you give special pricing to new customers only.. no incentive for existing customers to stay. Terrible customer retention plans.

Holy f&$k, @comcastcares. I’m trying to call w/a new cable modem MAC address and all I receive is an automated agent. Spent 20 minutes on a thirty second job and still no resolution.

@Lenny_Juice @Xfinity Yeah, Comcast sent me a faulty modem and had it since September and it took them this long to figure it out. And now I’m still having problems. And customer service has just hung up on me, been condescending and holding me hostage

Ever **** when you see/hear a commercial/ad that crows about how much the business/company *cares* about their customers. Those days are long gone, if they ever existed. Cable companies, and especially Comcast, are the very, very worst.#Greed
